Chairman of the Board
A graduate of Uludağ University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Mr. Özyıldırım built his career in leading companies within the fuel industry. Between 2001 and 2007, he served as Sales Coordinator at OMV Petrol Ofisi. From 2007 to 2010, he held the position of Sales Manager at Shell Turkey, followed by his role as Group Sales Manager at THY Opet Aviation Fuels Inc. from 2010 to 2018.Şanser Özyıldırım is the Chairman of the Board of AVIAVIA Fuel Services and Consultancy Inc. and Istanbul Jet Aviation and Fuel Services Inc., both of which have been operating since 2018.
Hüseyin Latifoğlu
Vice Chairman of the Board and General Manager
A graduate of Kabataş High School and Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Mr. Latifoğlu began his career in 1986 as a Regional Retail Sales Representative at Shell Turkey. During his tenure at Shell, he held various managerial positions including Aviation Manager, Regional Retail Sales Manager, and Supply Manager. He subsequently served as Supply Manager for Shell Southern Europe, General Manager of Shell Gas (LPG), and Director of Supply, Facilities, and Distribution at Shell & Turcas. Following a brief appointment as CEO of Turkuaz Petrol in 2009, Mr. Latifoğlu became General Manager at Lukoil Jet Turkey Ltd. He then served as Vice President responsible for Supply, Wholesale Sales, Aviation, and Chemicals at Lukoil Turkey from 2010 to 2019.Serving as General Manager and Board Member at İstanbul Jet Aviation and Fuel Services Inc. since 2019, Mr. Latifoğlu also holds the position of CEO at Tasco Fuel Inc., İstanbul Marin Marine Fuels Inc., and CTG Elektrik Inc.
Atilla Dokcan
Deputy General Manager | Financial Affairs
A graduate of Yeditepe University with a degree in English Business Administration and holding a Master's degree in Financial Economics from Galatasaray University, Mr. Dokcan began his career in 2010 in the Treasury Department at Albaraka Türk Bank. From 2013 to 2017, he held various positions as an expert and manager in the Treasury unit at Turkish Airlines. In 2018, Mr. Dokcan joined Istanbul Jet Aviation and Fuel Services Inc. as Financial Manager. Since July 2020, he has been serving as Deputy General Manager of Financial Affairs at Istanbul Jet.
Uğur Cürül
Operations Director
Having studied Physics at Uludağ University, Uğur Cürül later graduated from the Department of Textile Engineering. He began his career during the establishment phase of İstanbul Jet Aviation and Fuel Services Inc., gaining extensive industry experience by serving in various roles within the company, particularly in sales, procurement, and operations. Most recently serving as Operations Manager, Cürül was appointed as Operations Director as of January 1, 2026.
Ayhan Yıldız
Accounting and Budget Reporting Director
Mr. Yıldız, who holds degrees in Accounting from Istanbul University and Business Administration from Anadolu University, began his career in 2000 at Doğan TV Holding in the Accounting Department. He then served as Assistant Accounting Manager at Eren Holding Energy Group. In addition to his expertise in LOGO and SAP software, he led business and system development projects. In 2011, Mr. Yıldız obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. Since May 2018, he has been serving at Istanbul Jet Aviation and Fuel Services Inc., initially as Accounting Manager and currently as Accounting and Budget Reporting Director, a position he has held since 2024.
Nesimi Nergiz
Human Resources Director
A graduate of Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration, Mr. Nergiz also completed his Master’s degree program in Human Resources Management at Işık University. He began his professional career in 1998 as a Human Resources Specialist at UPS Cargo. Between 2004 and 2010, he held managerial roles at RGS Security Inc., and from 2010 to 2020, he served in executive-level positions at THY Opet Aviation Fuels Inc.As of February 2020, Mr. Nergiz joined İstanbul Jet Aviation and Fuel Services Inc. as Human Resources Manager and has continued his role as Human Resources Director since 2026. In addition, Mr. Nergiz also serves as the Human Resources Director of Tasco Fuel Station Services Inc., a company owned by Aviavia Fuel Services and Consultancy Inc., which provides fuel station operations as well as station and convenience store agency services.
Gökhan Acar
General Manager
Gökhan Acar has over 15 years of experience in the energy sector and has held key responsibilities throughout his career in dealer management, retail sales, investment projects, and corporate customer management. During his tenure at BP, he worked in both field and head office organizations, contributing to the management of investment portfolios, the development of dealer networks, and the strengthening of nationwide sales operations. Most recently, Acar served as National Fleet Sales Manager at BP Turkey, where he managed the commercial, operational, and contractual processes related to fleet sales and fuel supply tenders. A graduate of Bilkent University, Department of Economics, Gökhan Acar holds a Master’s degree in Energy Technologies and Management from Sabancı University. As of February 2, 2026, Acar serves as General Manager, responsible for all dealer and agency stations within CTG Elektrik Inc., Tasco Fuel Station Services Inc., and Aviavia Fuel Services and Consultancy Inc.
