Mr. Özyıldırım, graduated from Uludağ University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, built his career in leading companies in the fuel sector. Between 2001 and 2007, he worked as Sales Coordinator at OMV Petrol Ofisi, between 2007 and 2010 as Sales Manager at Shell Turkey and between 2010 and 2018 as Group Sales Manager at THY Opet Aviation Fuels Inc.
Mr. Şanser Özyıldırım is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of AVIAVIA Fuel Services and Consultancy Inc. Which started its operations in 2019 and Istanbul Jet Aviation and Fuel Services Inc.
Hüseyin Latifoğlu
Deputy Chairman of the Board and General Manager
A graduate of Kabataş High School and Istanbul University Faculty of Economics, Latifoğlu started his professional career in 1986 as a Regional Retail Sales Representative at Shell Turkey. After serving as Aviation Manager, Retail Sales Regional Manager and Supply Manager at Shell Turkey, he worked as Shell Southern Europe Supply Manager, Shell Gas (LPG) General Manager and Supply, Facilities and Distribution Director at Shell & Turcas. In 2009, he was briefly appointed as CEO at Turkuaz Petrol and then served as General Manager at Lukoil Jet Turkey Ltd. and Vice President of Supply, Wholesale, Aviation and Chemicals at Lukoil Turkey between 2010-2019.
Since 2019, Mr. Latifoğlu has been the Deputy Chairman of the Board and General Manager of Istanbul Jet Aviation and Fuel Services Inc. and CEO of Tasco Akaryakıt AŞ, which provides 20 station/market agency services plus 9 fuel stations owned by Istanbul Jet.
Yaşar Erşahin

Deputy General Manager (COO)
A graduate of Boğaziçi University, Mr. Ersahin worked as Secretary General at İGA Airports Authority and as Supply and Sales Director at TFS Fuel Services.
Since May 2021, Mr. Ersahin has been serving as the Assistant General Manager (COO) responsible for aviation operations at Istanbul Jet Aviation and Fuel Services Inc.
Atilla Dokcan
Financial Affairs
Deputy General Manager (CFO)
After graduating from Yeditepe University with a degree in Business Administration ( English ) and completing his master’s degree in Financial Economics at Galatasaray University, Mr. Dokcan started his career in the Treasury Department at Albaraka Türk Bank in 2010. Between 2013 and 2017, Mr. Dokcan worked as a specialist and manager at Turkish Airlines Treasury Department. In 2018, he joined Istanbul Jet Aviation and Fuel Services AS as Finance Manager.
Mr. Dokcan has been working as Chief Financial Officer of Financial Affairs ( CFO ) at Istanbul Jet since July 2020.
Ayhan Yıldız
Muhasebe ve Bütçe Raporlama Direktörü
Mr. Yıldız who holds degrees from Istanbul University Department of Accounting and Anadolu University Department of Business Administration started his professional career in the accounting department at Doğan TV Holding in 2000. Afterwards, he worked as Assistant Accounting Manager at Eren Holding Energy Group. Yıldız assumed the leadership of LOGO, SAP programs as well as business and system development projects and obtained his Certified Public Accountant license in 2011.
Mr. Yıldız has been working as Director of Accounting, Budget Reporting as of 2024 at Istanbul Jet where he started working as Accounting Manager in May 2018.
Nesimi Nergiz
Human Resources Manager
Mr. Nergiz, graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration and completed the Human Resources Management Master’s degree program at Işık University, started his career as a Human Resources Officer at UPS Cargo in 1998. He worked at RGS Security between 2004-2010 and Thy Opet Aviation Fuels between 2010-2020.
As of February 2020, Mr. Nergiz started working as the Human Resources Manager of Istanbul Jet. He is also the Human Resources Manager of Tasco Fuel Station Services, which provides 9 fuel stations and 20 station/market agency services in the companies owned by Istanbul Jet.
