İstanbul Jet Aviation and Fuel Services Inc. has added another achievement to its record by rising to the 118th place on the Capital 500 list, which announces Turkey’s largest 500 private companies. Ranked 23rd in the energy-petroleum sector category and 76th based on the province (Istanbul), İstanbul Jet has once again demonstrated its leading position in the industry.
A Strong Player on the Global Stage
İstanbul Jet Aviation and Fuel Services Inc. continues its steady rise in the industry by providing fuel supply for air, land, and sea transportation vehicles. Standing out with its strong capital infrastructure, customer satisfaction-oriented services, and visionary initiatives, İstanbul Jet proves its national and global impact with its 118th ranking on the Capital 500, 2023 list. Commenting on this success, Deputy Chairman of the Board and General Manager Hüseyin Latifoğlu said, “İstanbul Jet continues its operations at full speed without deviating from the path of operational excellence, meeting the fuel needs of air, land, and sea transportation vehicles with favorable payment conditions, flexible credit facilities, and uninterrupted service.”

We have increased our turnover to over 24 billion TL. At our current point, we have reached over 32 million dollars in exports, particularly to Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East. The activation of our facility with a capacity of 2,100,000 liters in Dalaman and our planned investment in a fuel storage facility in Europe will further strengthen our global position.”
Steadily Progressing Towards Goals
Latifoğlu continued, “Our 118th place ranking in the Capital 500 list, which ranks Turkey’s 500 private companies with the highest turnover, is proof that İstanbul Jet is progressing towards its goals. In the global world, there is a different agenda every day. The only way to cope with the challenges this creates is through strategy. There is a tremendous operation in the background. Considering the competition and traffic in the aviation sector, the importance of operational excellence, which we always emphasize, becomes more apparent. Success is never something achieved alone. We owe our success to the synergy created with our young and dynamic team.”
Continuing his remarks, Latifoğlu said, “We compete with many of our global competitors with the flexible credit limits and favorable price options offered by our company. Our portfolio includes prestigious airline companies such as Turkish Airlines, Pegasus, Associated Energy Group, Air Astana, Freebird, Iraqi Airways, Ethiopian Airlines, Mavi Gök Aviation, Corendon, LOT Polish, Azerbaijan Airlines, Royal Air Maroc, and Wizz Air Group, along with national and international petroleum companies like Petrol Ofisi, THY Opet, Shell, SOCAR (Star Refinery), Air BP, OMV, Air Total, Repsol, and Eni SPA.”
Latifoğlu mentioned their pride in supplying fuel to some of the world’s largest airlines, such as Qatar Airways, which ranked first, ANA All Nippon, which ranked fourth, and Turkish Airlines, which ranked seventh in the Skytrax “Best Airlines of 2024” research based on criteria such as service quality, passenger satisfaction, safety, and efficiency, announced last month.
