Powered by Uninterrupted Energy, Istanbul Jet and Group Companies Break Boundaries at Petroleum Istanbul 2025

Petroleum Istanbul 2025, a key business collaboration platform at the national, regional, and international levels in the energy sector, was held at the TÜYAP Fair and Congress Center from April 24–26, 2025. Istanbul Jet Aviation and Fuel Services Inc., together with its group companies, became one of the highlights of the exhibition with their stand showcasing a wide range of operations. The company’s integrated energy solutions for air, land, sea, and electric vehicle charging services drew strong interest from visitors.

“Uninterrupted Energy, Limitless Journeys”

Participating in Petroleum Istanbul 2025—one of the world’s largest energy gatherings—and the concurrently held Gas & Power Expo, Istanbul Jet and its group companies were represented under the motto “Uninterrupted Energy, Limitless Journeys.”

At the event, Istanbul Jet introduced its new venture, CTG Elektrik Inc., for the first time. With a vision focused on sustainable transportation, CTG is contributing to the green transformation by establishing EV charging stations at strategic points across Türkiye. Since its founding, Istanbul Jet has provided fuel to over 400 airlines at more than 500 airports worldwide, maintaining operational excellence in all its activities.

Group Company Highlights

  • Tasco Fuel Station Services Inc. showcased its installation services for the UTTS vehicle recognition system, supported by its expert teams.
  • FillOn, a brand enabling contactless, in-vehicle fuel purchasing at Petrol Ofisi stations, participated with its new logo and enhanced digital infrastructure. Its mobile solution, FillOnApp, combines various vehicle identification systems on a single platform, offering users significant convenience.
  • Istanbul Marin, the group’s marine fuel supply company, stood out for its high-standard global service approach in the maritime sector.

Leading in Sustainability, Clear Vision for Energy Transition

Istanbul Jet is taking firm steps toward an energy transition rooted in environmental and economic sustainability. The import of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) in early 2025, along with the acquisition of the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC EU), reflects the company’s commitment to reducing the aviation industry’s carbon footprint.

EV charging solutions are another pillar of the company’s transformation strategy. CTG Elektrik A.Ş. has quickly reached 66 sockets certified by EMRA (Energy Market Regulatory Authority), demonstrating its strong market position. The venture attracted significant attention and positive feedback throughout the event.

Hüseyin Latifoğlu, General Manager of Istanbul Jet Aviation and Fuel Services Inc., shared his thoughts:

“The energy sector is far too strategic to be confined to timeframes such as yesterday, today, or tomorrow. Ensuring energy continuity is essential for the sustainability of our planet. With this awareness, we continue to operate across air, land, sea, and next-generation energy sectors. This year’s participation in Petroleum Istanbul held special significance for us, as it marked a more comprehensive presence representing all our group companies. Our slogan ‘Uninterrupted Energy, Limitless Journeys’ symbolizes this diversity.”

He also commented on global and local energy market dynamics:

“In recent years, countries have undergone a major transformation. Geopolitical developments, global climate commitments, technological progress, and shifts in consumer behavior are redefining the energy sector. In the oil and gas industry, supply-demand dynamics are now shaped not just by production capacity, but also by sustainability policies, energy efficiency goals, and digitalization.”

“Türkiye continues to play a strategic role both as an energy consumer and a transit hub. LNG infrastructure, refinery investments, the transition to electric vehicles, and local production policies will become even more critical in the coming years. As Istanbul Jet and our group companies, we aim not only to adapt to this transformation but to lead it.”

“Globally, as the share of fossil fuels in the energy mix declines, emphasis is placed on using these resources more efficiently and sustainably. In aviation, SAF is a revolutionary step forward. Similarly, low-emission fuels in maritime transport and EV infrastructure in ground transport are no longer future concepts—they are today’s necessities.”

“Over the next five years, we expect to see an increased share of SAF in aviation fuel usage, exponential growth in EV numbers, deeper digital integration of fuel stations, the rise of customer-centric service models, and the adoption of AI-powered management systems across the energy industry.”

“We aim to do more than simply be part of this transformation—we strive to drive it forward. The energy company of the future will not merely supply fuel; it will be data-driven, environmentally responsible, customer-focused, and digitally integrated. We are ready.”
