We Held Our 2024 Year-End Evaluation Meeting in Batumi
Our 2024 Year-End Evaluation Meeting took place between December 12–14 in Batumi, Georgia, with the participation of employees from Istanbul Jet Aviation and Fuel Services, Istanbul Marin Marine Fuels, TASCO, and CTG Elektrik.
The meeting commenced with a comprehensive presentation by our General Manager Hüseyin Latifoğlu, highlighting the progress and developments of all group companies throughout the year.
During the event, Long Service Awards were presented:
- Celebrating his 5th year, General Manager Hüseyin Latifoğlu received his plaque from HR Manager Nesimi Nergiz.
- Ahmet Sadun Çetiner, Station Manager of PO Sarıyer, and Pınar Karataş, Station Manager of PO Çamlıca, received their awards from Retail Operations Director Zeki Güler.
We concluded the formal segment with a raffle that revealed the lucky winners of the year, and the moment was commemorated with a group photo of all attendees.
Adding a unique perspective to our meeting, author and academic Yalın Alpay delivered a captivating talk moderated by our Corporate Communications Manager Elvan Yektin, exploring how our identities are shaped and the connection between personal belonging and corporate life.
Following the meeting, we embraced the winter’s challenges to discover the cultural and geographical beauty of Batumi, capturing these moments and memories together.
